Native Title Consent Determinations in the CLC region

Consent Determinations are made by Order of the Federal Court.

Legal recognition of the existence of native title is based on agreement between all parties without the need for legal action (by consent).
 
Consent determinations are underpinned by an Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA)
